Q. I require next day UK delivery, what time must I order my item by?
A. The cut off for next day UK delivery is 4PM, Orders after 4PM will arrive a day after the next day.

Q. I'm nervous about using my credit card over the internet. Are your payments secure?
A. You must be careful when using your credit or debit card these days on-line or out shopping, all our payments are taken in a secure environment by WorldPay (Royal Bank of Scotland company). Your credit card number is encrypted using 128 bit encryption and is never seen by a Human, a computer will process and authorise your payment for you. Read more from the WorldPay Site.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Yes you can, just call free on 0800 1074530 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone, any credit or debit card number you give us will later be shredded after the payment has gone through.

Q. I like your baby gift basket, but I would like to make my own one, can I do this?
A. Yes you can, you can create your own gift basket very easily by clicking here.

Q. I do not require gift wrapping as I am buying something for myself, is this OK?
A. All gifts on this site come with standard gift wrapping, as we are a gift sending service, we have another site with the same products that does not have gift wrapping included. Visit Abc Baby Gifts

Q. I work for a law firm based in the City of London (Staff 600), we usually send flowers when a member of staff or their partners has a baby. We would like to do something different and I was wondering whether you would be able to invoice the firm for an order placed now and in the future?
A. No problem, we have quite a few accounts set-up with large companies already. Just call our free phone number 0800 1074530 and speak to Les or Tamzin, or if your prefer send us an email with your company details and what gift you would like to send. Also if your company has corporate colours we can include these colours in a special gift basket for you free of charge.

Q. How much is UK delivery?
A. UK next day delivery is included in the price of your gift, so if you see something selling for £19.99, then that's all you pay! NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!!!

Q. How much to deliver outside the UK.
A. Orders to be delivered outside the UK will be sent by AirSure and may take a few days to arrive, the extra cost for AirSure is £10 on top of price of gift and is added on the ordering section of Newborn-baby-gifts.co.uk.

Q. What happens if I am not in when my gift is deliverd?
A. Your gift is sent to you by Royal Mail's special delivery, a signature is required on delivery. So if you or your recipient are not at home, then a card is put through your letter box with collection details from your local Royal Mail's collection office.
